Mexico Bariatric Services (MBS) is glad to announce the “Look at Me Now! #onepoundatatime My Weight Loss Journey” Video Contest.
Here is your unique chance to win over $1,000 worth of procedures facilitated by MBS by telling the world about your weight loss journey with bariatric surgery.

Contest Rules and Guidelines
1. Only bariatric surgery patients can participate in the contest.
2. No limits on the duration of the video.
3. The video should not sound like an infomercial. Do not mention any details of your surgery such as the name of your bariatric surgeon, hospital, place or facilitator of your surgery.
4. Include the following in your video entry:
• Pre-surgery weight, goal weight, and current weight
• How has your life changed after your surgery?
• Will you recommend bariatric surgery to others?
5. We are not looking for professional videos or videos with any advanced special effects. Be it humorous or serious, you can make any kind of video as long as it is clear and unoffensive.
6. The last date of entry submission is March 31, 2015.

8. Top 5 finalists will be chosen based on the sum total of Facebook likes and shares, and retweets.
9. First prize – gift certificate worth $1,000; second prize – gift certificate worth $500; third prize – gift certificate worth $300.
10. The other 2 finalists will win a $100 gift certificate each.
11. These certificates can only be redeemed for undergoing medical, dental or cosmetic procedure through us.
Terms And Conditions:
Please carefully go through the following statement before entering the Video Contest:
1. Mexico Bariatric Services is the promoter of this contest.
2. Your entry should be listed for viewing by public – either on YouTube, Vimeo, and any other video sharing website or your own website.
3. Entries must strictly be in English.
4. Participants must be over 18 years of age and should have undergobe bariatric surgery.
5. You can submit any number of videos. Please note that only one of your entries will qualify for the final round.
6. Your entries should be submitted by midnight March 31, 2015 as per your local time zone. Entries can be liked, shared or retweeted by the public till April 15, 2015.
7. We hold no responsibility for non-receipt of entries.
8. Winning entries will be based on scores generated by adding the number of FB likes and shares and retweets.
9. Winners will be informed through email by April 30, 2015.
10. MBS holds the right to cancel or make amendments to the video contest. Participants will be informed of modifications, if any, at the earliest.
11. The gift certificates do not carry any cash alternatives. Gift certifcates are subject to availability. We hold the right to substitute a prize for another one of equal value.
12. By participating in this contest, entrants give the affirmation to the utilization of their videos, name and location in our marketing content. However, we respect your privacy and we will not give away personal data of all the entrants to a third party.
